Planning visit for the women's visit 2013

Dates have been set for the women's visit from Palestine to Britain, 14th to 24th March.

Applications are being taken in Palestine from women interested in joining the project in Britain, and in Britain we are taking applications from people who will like to be 'buddies.'  

We are working on the programme, and today we visited a possible residential place for the three residential days at the beginning of the programme. The idea is that both British and Palestinian women will stay here together and organise a British day and a Palestinian day (so their friends can learn about their country) as well as see the local area.

The idea is that then,  everyone will come back to London for lots of activities, visits, and work on animated film. There will be an event for International Women's Day on Saturday 23rd March

Tomorrow Thursday we are having the second women's links committee specifically on the project and we hope that some of the potential buddies will come - We'll be in touch with you all after that!
